The 500 Mile Year Print

$20.00

With monthly run totals topping out at 50 miles, The 500 Mile Year is an approachable challenge. We’d recommend dedicating 3-4 days to running per week in order to accomplish this goal.

How to Use

1) Use your favorite running app (Strava, Nike, RunKeeper, Map My Run, Etc.) to record the distance your runs.

2) Log each running day in the Frequency Chart on the left side of your print.

3) At the end of each month, record and compare your total monthly total miles to your monthly goal.

Note: If you didn’t meet your monthly goal – no problem, you can make up those miles in the next month. Remember, this is a year long challenge and the most important part is your final annual run total.
